OPEN CLIMB PACKAGE 2011: 4 Days -3 Nights
Minimum of 6 Guests:
MT. IRAYA AND MT MATAREM

Day: 01 ARRIVAL BASCO AIRPORT
Meet by coordinator, Check in at BMS Lodge
Orientation and Brunch at Lodge and rest.
Noon time to afternoon activity.(Options)
1. Half day Northern tour.- Valugan stone Beach,Japanese hill tunnel, tukon radar station.
2. Basco Idjang trek and Climb.
3. Basco town tour.Plaza, Capitol,Sto Domingo Church to Basco Lighthouse.
4. Biking tour around Basco and Valugan stone beach, Japanese tunnel and Tukon Radar station.
Note: Bicycle rentals not included.
Dinner at BMS Lodge.

Day:02 MT. IRAYA CLIMB
A 5 hours day Climb, depending on your pace.
Early breakfast at BMS Lodge. Assemble for the climb and trek to the Jump off.
6:00 AM Start of Climb at Jump off. Sitio Chawadi.
8:30 AM Expected arrival at Summit.Photoshoot and enjoy the view of Batan island.
9:10 AM Start of descent. ETA at BMS Campground 11:20 AM Rest and enjoy the view.
12Noon Lunch at campground. Picnic style. Photoshooting.
Rest of afternoon is free time.
Tour Options:
1. Join the Southern town tours.(very minimal fee)
2. Join the tour to Diura fountain of youth. (very minimal fee)
3.Join the Vayang hills and Nakamaya old Ivatan stone shaped burial grounds.(Fees very minimal)
6:00 PM Dinner at BMS Lodge. Rest for the Night.

Day: 03 MT. MATAREM CLIMB
A 5 hrs day climb, depending on pace.
Early breakfast at BMS Lodge. Assemble for the climb and ride Van for the town of San Vicente
and wait at jump off for other climbers.
7:00 AM expected start of trek from the town of San Vicente.Enjoy the breathtaking view of
Sabtang island and surrounding green pastureland and farms divided by hedgerows.
8:30 AM expected arrival at summit. Enjoy the view of Majestic Mt. Iraya on the North and
Marlboro country with Diura Lighthouse, the northern islands visible on a clear day.
Photoshooting and enjoy the crisp air and the view atop the narrow ridge top.
9:00 AM Expected start of descent. 11:00 AM expected arrival at San Vicente jump off site.
Rest and enjoy a quick walk at the beach and port of the town.


12:00 Noon Expexted departure fron San Vicente town towards Basco
enroute to white beach for quick stopover and Mahatao town
and to Marlboro Country.(Rakuh A Payaman)

1:00 PM Lunch at Marlboro Country waiting Hut. After lunch enjoy the view
and trek towards the hills and view the coastlines of Diura and
Valugan stone beach of Basco.
See the horses, cows and carabao freely roaming on the pastureland.
The hedgerows neatly aligned dividing farms from the hills of Mahatao town
all the way towards Basco on the foot of Mt Iraya.
3:00PM Expected departure towards Basco town enroute a quick stop for photoshoot
at Chawa view deck. Enjoy the sea breeze and view the continous rugged
coastlines towards the southern towns and the vast China sea.
4:00 Pm Expected departure and rest at your hotel .

6:00 PM Dinner is served and socializing. Enjoy and upload your pictures.Update
friends on Facebook with free Wi-Fi compliments of BMS Lodge.
Options: After Dinner free time. Time to tour Basco town in the evening.
Rest and enjoy the Evening!!

Day: 04 BASCO DEPARTURE
5:30 AM Check out time.Coordinator will check your baggages in at the airport
while enjoying your breakfast.

Rate per person for Min. of 6 guest: Php 4,980.00:
Inclusive of Accomodations,Land Transport,Fees and permits.
Not included: Airfare,terminal fees ,optional tours,bicycle rental and tips.

Note: If you take advantage of staying at our campground and pitch your own tent
backpacking style, the entrance fee is only Php 350.00 per day.
